I contacted Montway just after Christmas to arrange transport of my BMW to Florida from Illinois. It was short notice and Montway worked to put a driver in contact with me and also kept me informed as the process moved forward. This was a period of high demand and many people - including transport drivers - were taking time off with family. I was called by driver who was courteous and helpful. Montway was excellent in transporting my two vintage concours cars ( Rolls Royce and jaguar) in a closed carrier. Shipping was prompt and courteous, and our driver, Vasili went far ABOVE and Beyond to help with problem we encountered when Rolls would not start so we could unload it off truck at 8:30 at night. We have transported our car for last 4 years twice a year. Montway has been the best company to deal with. They are very reliable, honest, very easy to work with and best of all keep their word about picking and delivering the car. Driver was very courteous, and very accommodative. First time I ever purchased a car out of state, contacted Montway and was walked through the whole process, the rep made me feel better since I was a bit panicked by having a 69 Camaro shipped. The driver Joe Lloyd who delivered my car was awesome, very friendly and you could tell he cared about how your vehicle got to you. Very impressed overall, thank you Montway for delivering the car I dreamed of owning since I was a kid.

Contracted with Montway many times. Recently in December 2019. My car always arrives in perfect condition and their drivers are always very courteous. Montway is my only choice for enclosed exotic car transport.

Moved 2 cars cross-country with Montway. Customer service is excellent. They keep in constant contact with you and are very available with your questions from pickup to delivery. You actually get to communicate directly with the driver during the transport. I got quotes from several other companies and Montway had the best rates by far.
