I have been a tenant before the new owners took over. it was rough for the beginning, but when Tina and her team took over managing this complex I have had any and all needs met in a timely manner. Currently in the process of moving to a newly redone unit that is absolutely gorgeous with spacious closet wash a dryer hook ups all update appliances. I was very pleased with the assistance of the leasing staff and their professionalism throughout my inquiries. I love the newly modeled units, and Shianne was very informative on the new upcoming additions to look forward to.
I just viewed these apartments virtually and the renovations make the apartment look brand new. I'm going to go check them out later and see if they have any vacancies. Looks AWESOME!
Tina does a fantastic job in keeping everything together & is so inviting!! Christian stays on top of all maintenance needs. They are such a great dynamic duo!
I lived in these apartments when the rent was 400.00. I understand the new owners want to see a return on their investment but from the looks of the current photos and the property itself I just don’t see rent over a grand being justifiable…… maybe 700 but 1100 dollars is laughable for these apartments.
