I am a current client of this provider I have been a client for about 3 months. I truly enjoy the girls that come to the house . I enjoy chatting with them as they are completing their tasks of lighthouse work sweet, mop, vacuum , laundry , and dishes as well as given me a shower. Some times they run errands for me. Other The agency provides a caregiver for my ex-spouse who has Alzheimer's. We have a caregiver that is dedicated to him and has experience with Alzheimer's patients. She is very easy to deal with when I see her in person at his house. She gives reports to the agency so that they have it on file. She is typically on time and if for some reason she will be late the agency will let me know immediately. I am a current client of this provider My care provider, Serenity, is a good cook. She dresses in a uniform, with a good attitude while acting professionally. During the time she is at my home she uses the phone only for her job. We provide her a list and she uses it to form her time with me. Even though she travels a great distance to help me stay at home, it is not an issue because if she is a little late due to traffic, she stays those extra minutes. That's integrity. Serenity is a treasure.
