I am a current client of this provider AE Homecare provides compassionate personal care and light housekeeping for my elderly mother with dementia. Whether her aides are preparing simple meals, helping her with bathing, doing light cleaning, laundry, or kindly visiting a little with her each time they come, she is always treated with dignity and respect. I am a current client of this provider I have been with AE Homecare for about 7 years. The staff in the office are very helpful when I need to change a shift time for an appointment. I was recently out of my apartment due to issues beyond my control. AE Homecare kept in touch with me throughout the whole time I was gone. AE Homecare truly cares about their clients and their wellbeing.

I am a current client of this provider I have been using Avalon Essential Home Care for a couple of years now. The caregiver comes, she gives me a shower, and she cleans. That's two hours three days a week. She is OK. I had no problem. She is always on time. She does her job. There's no complaint. The people at the agency would call, and I would tell that everything is all right.

I am a current client of this provider I have been using Avalon Essential Home Care for just a little over a year now. So far, they've been pretty conscientious, and they do follow up with things that I tell them. They've had some bad luck with their employees, but that's to be expected in any situation. The caregiver seems to be doing good. She cleans the part that I asked her to clean, and she does my hair and the necessary things that I need. No heavy cleaning or anything like that. I am a current client of this provider I have been using Avalon Essential Home Care for a couple of months now. I have an excellent caretaker right now. She just does all the cleaning. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I have to use a walker, so she does most of the housecleaning. I have her for 22-1/2 hours a week. Depending on what her schedule is, she makes me breakfast or if she is here in the evening, she makes me dinner. She gives me her schedule and she's on time. The agency checks up on me. I am a current client of this provider I think Avalon Essential Home Care is great. They do a great job. They're on time, they do a good job cleaning, and the people are nice. I have been using them for a couple of years now. They do general cleaning, they do the dishes and laundry sometimes, and they help take out the garbage. The caregivers are trustworthy, very nice, and professional. They're a caring and efficient organization.

I am a current client of this provider I have been using Avalon Essential Home Care for three weeks now. I am in a deep depression and they're trying to help me find ways to get out. I need a therapist, but it's difficult especially now because of COVID scare. I can dress myself and fix my meals, but at the moment, their main priority is cleaning. I am a current client of this provider Avalon Essential Home Care is very good. They're very thoughtful and helpful. They call and make sure things are going well. The person that's helping my sister is pretty good. She's very caring, and she seems to get the job done. My sister is very happy with it. It's mostly housekeeping, laundry, vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom, and dishes sometimes. I am a current client of this provider I have been using Avalon Essential Home Care for my mom for eight months now. It's been great. If I have questions, they respond immediately. They always give feedback immediately. My mom had emergency surgery a little over a year ago. She had to have surgery for an ostomy, so she has an ostomy bag. My sister and I were trained at the hospital in how to empty it, burp it, replace it, and that sort of thing, but as far as services from Avalon Essential Home Care, she gets just about ever... read more
