No disrespect but no secret but l spent 32 days in ICU because another caregiver assigned his PA to give me seizure med. For brain injury. He dosed me near 3 times suggested. I am going through first full Trigeminal attacks since 2010. Please understand l appreciate care but it is very challenging to be back in same situation. I now realize l will never recover from being poisoned by previous centers PA. I ask some patience with me as this time as l build trust in another PA caregiver

First visit but felt good about listening to my health issues even though I know most of my concerns are age related. I felt my time with Doctor was used to learn more about me and directed to issues that keep me active and contributing to the things I like to do.

The visit went very well and I am satisfied with the service however I did not appreciate the lack of payment and billing knowledge from staff. This caused a great deal of miscommunication and I am still not getting the answers and or explanation that I deserve. I also am concerned that you have added an extra charge for a culture that Dr. Alexander and I discussed wouldn’t be sent, as I am self pay.
