The visit went very well and I am satisfied with the service however I did not appreciate the lack of payment and billing knowledge from staff. This caused a great deal of miscommunication and I am still not getting the answers and or explanation that I deserve. I also am concerned that you have added an extra charge for a culture that Dr. Alexander and I discussed wouldn’t be sent, as I am self pay.

I went without pain management for almost 2 years because of the attitudes of doctors toward chronic pain patients. I have been treated by three of their providers and they are all wonderful. They took the time to listen, understand and work with me to manage my pain. I highly recommend them.
