My recent visit was exceptional overall, but the check-in experience was highly disappointing. When I arrived for my annual physical, I provided my name, and the staff member immediately began pressuring me about my bill. What a pleasant Dr office to come to! As soon as you walk in you are greeted with hello and smile. . Everyone in the front desk , nurses the other personnel , doctors are very kind, respectful, professional, and eager to help. ! I’m very happy to be PA Kim Cakerice , patient! She’s the best!
