I had a wound that I was trying to treat myself, but so no improvement after over a week. Dr. Miller examined it and said it was more severe than I thought and I should have gone to the emergency room when it happened. She worked hard and made calls to get me to a plastic surgeon and succeeded in getting an appointment the same day. The plastic surgeon did repairs with sutures and moving displaced skin back in place. Without this treatment, the surgeon said it would have taken many weeks to heal. I have been to my dr for about 16 years in Charlotte NC. He retired and at first I got a dr that I didn’t feel fitted with me. But then he left! Yay! Then Dr Rock Vomer came in and he was a blessing to me! He was so kind and caring! I so needed that at the time! Good service, good doctor, good staff. But you need to get rid of the centralized scheduling centers!!! Patients want to deal directly with their doctor's office. Very unhappy dealing with your centralized appointment system too removed from your doctor.
