Just moved to Clayton and needed to connect with a physician to help control my diabetes issue. Called Avance and was given an appointment within a few days. Didn’t have to wait for weeks to be seen and had a marvelous appointment with Megan LaBlanc, a Physician's Assistant. She was so knowledgeable and thorough in her examination. I felt that I was in great hands after being seen by her. I heartily recommend this practice!!!

Service and call center is under expectation, service agent with no patience even to listen, your Wen site is very old fashioned, navigating is too complicated, you need to repeat very same information in too many screens and fields, etc.

I have an extremely painful chronic gout issue in my ankle. I have a trip planned to Miami and of course experienced an attack two days before my flight.I called the office and they arranged the first possible appointment . Ms Palmquist was my hero she drained my ankle and injected medicine into my joint . A day later my ankle was on the mend. My Miami saved by Ms Palmquist

Staff was so helpful, patient and friendly. PA’s were so very helpful, they took time to answer my questions and seemed more than willing to listen. Great experience! Was also assisted by a PA named Brenda.
