Another great experience. I was in pain and discomfort but they got me in and out.
I’ve been a patient for over 10 years & find Avance Primary Care Staff & Doctors to be pleasant, caring & thorough. I like the fact they have a great Lab for on site testing instead of going elsewhere.
The provider I visited was pleasant, knowledge as far as I could tell and didn’t rush through my appointment. I was less than impressed with the facilities. To me they were extraordinarily cramped. Since the office has just opened I will reserve my opinion about the tiny cubicle feel of the office
Dr. Sanchez and his staff were remarkable. The appointment wasn't rushed and all were attentive. I'm extremely pleased.
THE STAFF, NURSES, PA's AND DOCTOR ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL . THE CONSULTATION, PRIOR TO MEETING WITH THE HEALTH PROFESSIONAL IS THOROUGH. THE EXAMINATION AND TESTING IS PERFORMED WITH THE UTMOST CARE. IF NEEDED, PRESCRIPTIONS CAN BE PICKED UP AFTER LEAVING THE OFFICE - NEXT DOOR AT THE HARRIS TEETER PHARMACY. THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST CARE ENTER I HAVE ENCOUNTERED.
Staff was awesome and friendly. The energy and atmosphere is great. You have no choice but to leave with a smile. I forgot who was the nurse who took my vitals but she was sweet and welcoming.
My pleasure to leave a big shout out for my professional care givers. I know I’m in good hands. Thank you Ms. Coleman and staff.

Didn't have to wait for my appointment. The nurse and PCP made me feel like they were interested in my health and well being. Very personable. Helped me to relax.
