I enjoy the service I have received from the Knightdale location. The front desk staff seems to be helpful. There’s never a long wait time in the waiting room like with some medical offices. Dr. Hounge is just the best! He’s very concerned about his patients well being. He takes the time to educate his patients on important issues surrounding their medical care. He’s my favorite physician!

The staff that I have met are always concerned and familiar with my case. They are genuinely interested and helpful in the plan of care. It does bother me that I usually see new faces when I have an appointment. This doesn't allow for consistency . I realize this is 2023 but familiarity is very important in a medical practice

Exceptional office staff, very professional! Beth Ann was Amazing, and so was her nurse. The front counter was so welcoming. I'm so glad I found this practice. I would highly recommend it to others like me who are a little nervous about going to the doctor !
