I have been looking for a primary care provider within the Raleigh area because all of the providers I have been to in my life I have never been comfortable with and I have felt like my conditions and concerns were listened to. Very pleased with my first visit to Avance Care everyone was very professional and friendly I especially enjoyed my Medical personnel that took care of me she was very friendly easy to talk to very efficient; finally my physician Dr Thies was excellent he listened he asked a lot of questions and he was very thorough while being very professional. Met with Nancy Chen to get established as a new patient with her. She was very personable and reviewed my meds. My previous PCP apparently is no longer with Avance up in Cary! I was surprised that I got no notification of thisI I think I will be happy with the Holly Springs office.
