My PA is thorough and he listens to what I have to say. Then he looks for the best information to advise me on what he thinks will be best for my situation. I didn’t get the name of the person who assisted me but she was very helpful, too. I have already referred and recommended family members to Avance but they live in a different county and go there.

Avance Care is exemplary in care and customer service. The entire staff at this office always shows RESPECT and EMPATHY for their patients. If you are looking for a new medical group that will give you TOP TIER TREATMENT Please Call Dr Bulauitan and if he is Booked his colleagues are Fabulous as well!!! Best primary care in Raleigh. dr Brayboy is phenomenal. I have been his patient for a little over 8 years. He is genuine and full of compassion as well as knowledge. Great office. The staff members are always friendly and seem like a part of my family. I highly recommend AvanceCare.

Dr Sanchez is amazing! As a new patient he took the time to get to know me first, walked through what to expect as I was being examined (for an annual) which was VERY thorough. His bedside manner is reassuring, empathetic, warm and friendly. I never felt rushed and quickly got the impression I could trust him to take care of my health, answer my questions, listen and advise me. Have always been so impressed with the quality of care at AvanceCare. Dr. Knox and her Nurse Practitioner are excellent providers and her team is as well. They take a lot of time in each visit, you don’t feel rushed as a patient- and they are very responsive when you need them. I had thought about changing to a provider that is closer to my home since I have to drive at least 50 minutes to their office but, after the great care I received in a recent situation, I am convinced I should not change.

I was keeping my 3 month appointment to have my Rx called in to Walgreens for pic- up on 7/14 confirmed (it was). Friday am when I discovered that Walgreens was out of the Rx & would have to order it, I called Avance for help and Dr. Bulauitan was kind to call another W/G for Rx. 10 Stars for Dr B

This is the best medical practice I have ever been associated with. Dr Bulauitan and Dr Lam are excellent physicians and the entire staff are all very helpful. I highly recommend Avance Care Wake Forest.
