Dr Sanchez is amazing! As a new patient he took the time to get to know me first, walked through what to expect as I was being examined (for an annual) which was VERY thorough. His bedside manner is reassuring, empathetic, warm and friendly. I never felt rushed and quickly got the impression I could trust him to take care of my health, answer my questions, listen and advise me. Have always been so impressed with the quality of care at AvanceCare. Dr. Knox and her Nurse Practitioner are excellent providers and her team is as well. They take a lot of time in each visit, you don’t feel rushed as a patient- and they are very responsive when you need them. I had thought about changing to a provider that is closer to my home since I have to drive at least 50 minutes to their office but, after the great care I received in a recent situation, I am convinced I should not change.

I was keeping my 3 month appointment to have my Rx called in to Walgreens for pic- up on 7/14 confirmed (it was). Friday am when I discovered that Walgreens was out of the Rx & would have to order it, I called Avance for help and Dr. Bulauitan was kind to call another W/G for Rx. 10 Stars for Dr B

This is the best medical practice I have ever been associated with. Dr Bulauitan and Dr Lam are excellent physicians and the entire staff are all very helpful. I highly recommend Avance Care Wake Forest.

I’m 73 yrs old. I’m not a writer. What I say might not hit its mark. Over the last few decades healthcare has become big business. The Drs, nurses & staff are still great, but they’re part of systems that demand efficiency; they often seem rushed. My experience was very good. Everyone was so nice. All of my questions were answered. I don’t remember all the names. The assistant that did the BP and vitals was very good. I saw the PA for Dr. Godfrey and she was excellent. The front desk personnel was so nice and professional. Thanks to all.

Pam Lattimore was caring and efficient. She listened thoughtfully, gave me thorough assessment and test, good advice, and the necessary prescription. I'm beyond pleased to have this great practice near my home. It's so comforting to know it's open 7 days a week and always there when I need it.
