My experience with Kristen Seidel PA was friendly and efficient. She was open and direct and took my opinions into account and together we worked on a workable plan for me. She also located a dermatologist and put in a referral per my request who contacted me the same day and set up an appointment for December. I had a quick onset of severe sinus pressure, headache and a constant runny nose and cough. A positive Covid home test caused me to call Avance. Although my normal physician did not have any available appointments so late in the day, they were able to schedule me in at 7:40 the next morning with Kate Murphy, PA. She was great and offered a PCR test to confirm the diagnosis. Kate was very knowledgeable and gave me clear instructions on home care plus, as I am over 70, a prescription for Paxlovid.
