Entire Administrative & Medical Staff were very polite and efficient in resolving my medical concern. A thorough diagnosis and examination were performed to my satisfaction. My allergies has been relieved due to proper medication prescribed by P. A.

The office was inviting and very clean. All staff was in uniform and they flowed in sync together. Dr Ivery was amazing and you can tell she genuinely cares about her parience

As for the Matthews office, I am happy with my PA, Andrew. He's knowledgeable and takes all the necessary time. I like that he seems to have common sense - something not so common these days. The pluses are that it's a first-floor direct entrance, they open at 7 AM, 30-minute appointments, same day appointments and friendly staff.
