Service is always great but the online scheduling system is definitely ancient. I made an appointment online a couple of days ago for my daughter to get seen. Wake up early in the morning and got dressed to go and the appointment was canceled. No other appointments available anywhere today, so I guess it will be an urgent care. Second cancellation in less than a few days. Apparently just because it shows available doesn’t mean it’s available. You have to wait for confirmation. Dr. Bean is very knowldegable yet doesn't hesitate to refer me to a specialist when necessary. She is kind and gentle and always remembers me. She knows my medical history, which is comforting. As a patient with an eating disorder diagnosis, I love that she does not require a weight and am more relaxed when coming to the ofc. I miss that she is unable to spend a little more time with me, though, since the practice moved and that makes me feel less special as a patient and a person.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Dr. Houng was very attentive and asked questions to be able to make a better diagnosis and explained the medication he was prescribing.
