I had an appointment and get tested for cold like symptoms, the doctor was caring and genuine. The medical assistant performed three tests. Got a call the next day saying my samples was left out and needed to come back in, the nurse showed me empathy and sympathy, she asked if I was okay and I replied no, and told her why. She stilled kept the same energy and she checked on me while I was waiting and she made my frustration go away and I said thanked her for giving me a better experience and being understanding. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Gabby and a medical assistant assisted me before I saw Jason Thomas. My PA is very attentive and thorough and makes sure my questions are answered and all of my medical needs are met.
