Always a calming and reassuring visit at this practice where everyone--all staff and doctors-- are universally sweethearts. I drive an hour from my town to go there, even when I'm sick. Five stars!

I had a quick onset of severe sinus pressure, headache and a constant runny nose and cough. A positive Covid home test caused me to call Avance. Although my normal physician did not have any available appointments so late in the day, they were able to schedule me in at 7:40 the next morning with Kate Murphy, PA. She was great and offered a PCR test to confirm the diagnosis. Kate was very knowledgeable and gave me clear instructions on home care plus, as I am over 70, a prescription for Paxlovid. If you are looking for a primary care doctor's office that listens to you, gets to know you, and cares deeply for you and your health go to Avance Care Midtown. Seriously, I was blown away by how great my interactions and care were. This place is awesome!
Michelle MacDonna is my Primary contact and she is brilliant. I find her very thorough and knowledgeable, and it is a pleasure to be in the care of the team. I've just moved here recently and find the healthcare to be very good and very similar to the healthcare I had in Southern Oregon. Well Done all of you!

One of the very best practices I’ve ever been to. I’ve always regarded Dr. Brown as one of the finest persons as a Dr. As well as an individual.
The doctors I have seen are Dr. Hondros, Dr. Nuzum and J. Curley. They are all wonderful! They really want my health better and it has been since I've seen them. If you want a good doctor go to Avance Care!!
