I have always felt Dr. Alexander is always patient and professional. He takes time to answer questions and to go over lab work. The hours at Avance Care are flexible for patients that need weekend appointments . My husband and I are very pleased with Dr. Alexander and Avance Care.

I was very pleased with the fact that I was able to get a same day appointment to obtain treatment for a UTI. I was seen very promptly and the nurse was very kind. They called in an antibiotic which gave me relief within two days. I would highly recommend the Avance care office in Cary as opposed to an Urgent care clinic.

I had to find a new provider after 36 years and Avance Care was recommended by my old provider. Needless to say, I was dreading having to switch providers after all these years. I was greeted by Helen at the front desk, which was so pleasant, and Kristen Seidel was the PA I saw for my consult. She is so nice and personable. Took so much time with me and I felt so comfortable. The facility is very nice and their online portable is so easy to use. So glad I decided to go with this practice!

The process of being tested for COVID was quick and painless; I did not have to get out of my car, I simply drove around back to a marked door, used the app and got help quickly. I live and work in two different cities, so it is nice to have a real doctor in between!
