Making appointments is easy and most can be done on same day. Front desk staff are courteous, and very patient. Doctors are very compassionate.

I have been coming to Avance Care in Cary for years. I am a patient of Dr. Catchings, but have seen many of the different providers on occasion. From the front office team, to the lab technicians, medical assistances, special services offered, availability 7 days per week, there is no medical facility better than Avance Care of Cary.

Where to start? From the initial conversation, I was hooked. I came from another practice to be seen by my PA that had left the practice I had been going to to start at Avance. The staff go above and beyond. I needed to be seen because of an error at the pharmacy ( pharmacy fault) and they got me right in and I am so grateful and appreciative of their phenomenal customer service.
