Such a great experience at this Avance location. I normally go to the Cary office, but this office had weekend appointments open. Jeremy the patient coordinator was super friendly and welcoming. Jessica the medical assistant was thorough and friendly. I met with Kristen the PA for my problem and she was attentive and easy to talk to. This was a great first impression and plan to visit this location again when given the option.

Check in was quick. Wait time was about 5 minutes or less. The nurse that took my medical information was very polite and caring as not to hurt my injured shoulder while taking my blood pressure. I was even able to get x-rays at this location. I was seen by Brittany Romaine who was very good at diagnosing what was wrong with my arm/shoulder and making a plan of recovery. This location has plenty of parking and is located in a strip mall for easy access. Knightdale will be my new physician location

I love my Dr. ...Rickie Baskett. I recently moved from California to NC, and everything has been new and different regarding my healthcare services. Dr. Baskett is very knowledgeable in medicine for his age and have pinpointed the correct treatment for me every time, I had to consult a doctor. He has a very kind way explaining diagnosis and treatment. I have been a patient for four years.
