Where to start? From the initial conversation, I was hooked. I came from another practice to be seen by my PA that had left the practice I had been going to to start at Avance. On a Thursday, I got a call from Lissa at Avance to schedule my new patient appointment. She was so kind on the phone and so helpful and patient while getting my information to set up my appointment. The staff go above and beyond. I needed to be seen because of an error at the pharmacy ( pharmacy fault) and they got me right in and I am so grateful and appreciative of their phenomenal customer service.

Well , an URGENT CT scan is taking more time to get an appt than I expected !!!! Almost 24 hrs since my Dr appt still no call 🤨 I feel I am being forced to go on the Portal which I have problems with !!!

My experience as a first time patient was great. I had a medical emergency during my physical and all the staff assisted me very quickly. Nurse Lori stayed by my side and went above and beyond with patient care. Dr. Williams also checked in on my and provided excellent care. I plan on returning in the future and recommend to others.

My experience was wonderful. Dr. Godfrey is the best in four states that I have seen doctors in my 83 years. Nicole is so nice and was so kind to me. The lab tech was great. The personal in front office are really good. It really speaks so well of the entire office to have staff that is so nice and professional. Thanks to all.
