I mistakenly showed up one day early for my bloodwork, and the staff squeezed me in… thank you! I went back a couple days later for my annual physical with Brook Jones FNP and it was a great experience. She listened to all my concerns, explained things to me, was so kind and professional.

A week long illness pressed me to contact my provider for help. My provider was a careful listener and addressed all of my concerns.
