I mistakenly showed up one day early for my bloodwork, and the staff squeezed me in… thank you! I went back a couple days later for my annual physical with Brook Jones FNP and it was a great experience. She listened to all my concerns, explained things to me, was so kind and professional.

I’ve been going to Dr. Prakken’s office for some time now, and every time I walk out knowing I’ve been well cared for, listened to and diagnosed correctly. A week long illness pressed me to contact my provider for help. My provider was a careful listener and addressed all of my concerns. I left my appointment with strategies and prescription updates to treat my illness. A follow up appointment was also scheduled. I consider myself very fortunate to have a caring, professional provider.
