Terrible customer service. Walked in and was immediately assaulted by front desk about something...couldn’t even tell due to the barrage of yelling coming out of her mouth. Treated us horribly so we walked out. Never in a medical clinic have I seen patients treated in such a manner. I own medical clinics and have never even seen an unruly patient treated in such a manner. Lots of options out there. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Avance.

As a result, all Avance Care locations have posted signage on the front door requesting that no one enter the building, unless they have an appointment. Hi I luv Kim Cakerice at Cary Avance. I was a little hesitate when Cresent joined Avance. I had a severe case of poison Ivy? I had done all I could over 2 weeks. I was able to get a tele appoint. with Marie at Apex Avance. on Sunday!!!! She was so wonderful and helpful and called in medication and was able to pick it up in an hour. The staff treated me in a warm and professional way with care and concern. I really felt like they wanted to help me feel better and they did in fact help me immensely to feel better. The treatment I received was exactly what I needed. I wish I remembered their names but I was so sick I didn’t get them. I visited on May 15, 2025 at 6:40p at the Apex, NC location.

Great experience from the folks up front to the nurses and doctors in the back. There willing to take the extra minute to make sure you understand the diagnosis. Great folks!!!
