It was great to talk to Tracy Yellin again. It was good timing because I felt like I needed to talk to someone. Tracy shows the compassion that I look for but also gives me things to think about which is also the guidance that I also need. Having someone to bounce ideas off of is so helpful. Sometimes we all need that little extra push to do the things we are thinking about doing but are hesitant to do for no reason. Talking to myself is OK but talking to a real person is better!
Nadia Paloma is a direct Angel. She listens and re directs when I get off topic. Every hour is a gift with her. Making changes for a better me.
Katie introduced me to the Six Stages of Change model which I had never heard of before. I am fascinated by it and am reading the article she sent to me. I think that this could really help me to make the changes I want to accomplish. I am very excited about this.
