I initially started using the services while dealing with the pandemic. I found it to be useful learning to cope with working with the public. Almost 4 years later I recently lost my mother, therefore I’ve continued services. It has been a great access to me getting back to living without my mom.
Since I go pretty regularly it is always a great learning session!

Very down to earth, actually listens
It took me 3 times to find the right fit and I found it with Avance Care. So caring and helpful. It feels like home. I currently am lucky to get spravato, therapy and med/pain management all under the same roof

So far I found everyone I’ve been seeing very caring compassionate and helpful. My only concern is the time it takes to request prescription and prescription request for change.

List are very nice and courteous and there is a woman in particular who seems to run it snapped very friendly and not very nice. The communication leaves little bit to be desired I get multiple notifications many times and then I get notifications that are incorrect sometimes so the communication is lacking or ineffective through the website.
