I was asked by your text confirmation to arrive for my appt. at 5:15. I arrived at 5:09 but was not seen until 6:10 and I feel that was to long to be left sitting in the room waiting w/ no one giving an update.

I do not like to get my blood drawn there b/c they use reg needle and I specifically say butterfly needle I have one good vein and they hurt me so next time I am walking OuT

I was a previous patient at Crescent Family Practice and have been for years, they were amazing. My whole family have been patients of Crescent as long as I can remember. Since being merged with Advance Care Cary my experience with my normal medical care has been horrible!!! Process to fill medications I've been on for over 10 years changed; not only did it take over a week to fill and multiple phone calls to the office, I was told I need to be seen every 3 months b/c of the type of medication I'm on, which is ludicrous a... read more

I can 't believe this location has a 5 star rating!! I have yet to be seen at this location and was treated horribly by one of the phone staff. She was extremely short and curt with me. She would speak when I was speaking and cut me off several times. Unfortunately, my physician's group migrated to this practice and I am afraid I will loose my physician of over 35 years due to the rudeness of the new practice staff!

I am very impressed with the Dr and staff at this location. I am extremely disappointed with the continued mistakes from the Billing department that continue to degrade my experience with Avance Care.

This review is based on the provider Alexandra Fitzgerald’s performance and hers alone. While the front desk staff and nurses are extremely pleasant and helpful, my experiences with Alexandra have always been unpleasant. She tries to force birth control down my throat at every appointment and seems unable to refrain from making rude/sarcastic comments. YIKES. i was so happy to have found such a wonderful doctors office last year when i found avance care Cary and it has probably been about 5 or 6 months since i have last visited. The past 3 times i have called them to ask for help with medications or professional advice(whether i should make an appointment or not) i have been provided with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avance Care, if you can’t follow appointment slots, please DO NOT CALL in or book another appointment! I had to wait for the doctor for 45 mins and when she entered, she informed that no one prompted her that I was ready and waiting. However, I checked with the staff in between about whether the doctor is going to check me after all, but they said the doctor is busy with another appointment!
