just started started here last week as a new patient and the time to check in was quick and easy process,helen and jeremy was incredibly friendly from the time i walked in,my provider kristen was caring and wonderful would definitely recommend this office and staff to any one looking a faimily practice. I want to first say that the answering service is very frustrating. Why is that necessary? Before this service I was always greeted by a nice welcoming voice ready to assist but now the person asks questions and is very difficult to understand. I really wish Avance would get rid of that service and go back to using your friendly receptionist to answer calls. The receptionist are much more helpful and easier to understand. It would be a better investment to pay people to have the job of just taking calls than using that an... read more

They charged my doughtier in 1 visit $465 (after insurance $357) If the self pay charged less than insured person (What can we call that policy?)

Really don't like your centralized appointment system! Please stop using it! I want to speak directly to my doctor's office and I want to speak directly to my doctor's staff.

It was the worst healthcare provider experience I had at Avance care. I felt exploited when I was charged extra $60 for the services I never took. As a new patient, I filled a "New patient form" and took a tele-visit service from Avance care but in the bill, I was charged for two extra screening services which were completely irrelevant to my illness and impossible to be held in a tele-visit. Got me in quickly even though I was a new patient. Jeremy…amazing. Miquel also fantastic. Location is perfectly located in the heart of Fuquay. Lucille is so sweet and a gorgeous black woman whose name I didn’t get, they all made me feel welcome and at ease.
