The staff here is so amazing. They are considerate and always willing to help. Jeremy Faison helped me every step of the way, and Kristen Seidel had always been my favorite doctor.

I LOVE this office. Everyone here goes above and beyond to take care of you from the front office to the nurses to the providers. I transferred to this location after relocating from Wake Forest. I am always able to get an appointment when needed and have even had them call me to get in earlier when available. Absolutely the best primary care office I have ever been to!

Everyone is so nice. Helen and the entire front desk are very friendly and helpful with coordinating schedules. Miceala is very good at listening and coming up with solid plans of action. Highly recommend the Fuquay-Varina location.

This was the single most pleasant experience I have ever had at a provider. Jeremy and Antoinette were SO friendly, welcoming and helpful! Zanetta, the MA, was just as friendly and helpful. The teamwork and passion for providing the best care to all patients was evident in all staff members! Dr. Steventon was incredibly kind and listened without judgment. Everyone is so nice and helpful feom the feont desk, jeremy,helen,antoinette to the medical assts. My doctor Micaela is the absolute best. Takes the time to answer and questions and concerns and is so friendly. She makes going to the doctors an enjoyable event instead of dread.

Staff was amazing and very kind, the front desk staff Jeremy and Antoinette were very helpful and quick in getting me checked in and out. MA Lucia was kind and you could tell she is very passionate about her job and patients. The provider Micaela was amazing and very knowledgeable and really cared about what I wanted. I had a great experience at this Avance Care location. Front desk coordinators and medical assistant were incredibly polite and courteous, and the provider, NP Burke, was thorough and kind. Really amazing overall.
