Excellent experience with the staff and Doctor. The receptionists at the front desk were courteous and wait time was a few minutes. The nurse taking the weight, height, and vitals was cordial and efficient. Dr. Bruckert was attentive and methodical during the examination and did not rush. He listened carefully to the description of symptoms and he conducted a thorough clinical examination. I had to pay $300 for 2 appointments, one of which was for symptoms related to strep throat. I got antibiotics and it cleared up instantly, but came back a few weeks later. I called to see if I could get a second course of antibiotics and they wouldn't give me a refill without making another $150 appointment. When I told them I had to travel for work and couldn't make it, they transferred me to some other dept who basically said tough luck, go to an urgent care center. Awful customer service and nothing but greed here.
