Dr. Lam always takes the time to talk with me about what is going on in my life, not just what is going on medically and makes me feel comfortable and cared about. Everyone in the office is always nice and caring and I never feel rushed or disrespected which in today's medical field is not always given. I would recommend Avance to anyone looking for someone who really cares.
This practice is awesome. And I give a great big shout out to Brenda Thomas for being the best doctor ever.

If anyone is looking for a great family practice Avance Care is the place to go, there’s never a wait and everyone is smiling and very friendly I love the care I receive especially from Brad Tolan who is very thorough and extremely professional , thank you Avance Care for your wonderful care.
Dr. B is always cordial and takes the time to understand your issues. The staff including the lab personnel are always friendly and when asked questions provide the needed information.l
Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed or unheard. Going to the Dr. to start with can be very stressful and as I get older and have more health issues it really means a lot to have somewhere to go where I feel so comfortable and respected.
Dr. Lam is amazing! She is kind, caring, and genuinely concerned about the patient. She consistently goes above and beyond to educate the patient as well as finding a solution that is best for the individual. A visit with her in the office feels like a visit with a friend you’ve known forever! She never rushes and truly listens. I’m so thankful to have her as my doctor!
Excellent facility. Dr. Lam is outstanding and the support staff are very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
Dr Bulwheaten is professional, caring and really listens. He’s a fantastic primary care physician. I would highly recommend him.
