Great service. Fast and extremely friendly. Best experience. Highly recommend this location. Dr. Bulauitan was very helpful with information and friendly. Carmen was a great nurse as well.

I moved to JoCo from Wake Forest a few years ago but still remain a patient at the APC-Wake Forest. Yes, I "travel" many miles to WF and do not mind in the least. When asked why my reply is the same, the service. Love the late and wknd appts. Plus seeing Dr. Lam is like visiting a cool friend that cares about the whole me. We had an extremely disappointing experience with Avance Care today. I had scheduled an appointment for my 12-year-old daughter with her primary care provider, only to face an unexpected and frustrating situation upon arrival. Despite presenting a valid insurance card, the front desk staff member claimed she was unable to retrieve my daughter’s insurance information. Came in for physical with hopes of discussing another medication as well. Was told to leave a urine sample by MA, which I did. Had my appointment switched to a medication only visit. While waiting in the room i heard the medical assistant telling the doctor that I had left the urine sample. I heard the doctor say, “well that’s too bad, she’s not getting that medication. Yesterday’s visit with my daughter was not a pleasant experience. I’ve always had great interactions at this office, which is why I’ve continued to come here. However, this visit was disappointing. Their billing department is overseas and provide for a horrific experience. I scheduled an appointment as a new member over the phone, with the receptionist, for a physical after learning they are accepting new patients. This was also reiterated once I arrived. In seeing the nurse/practitioner I provided a brief medical history and mentioned the concerns I've had to bring them up to date as my new provider. I received the same word for word response as the previous - your (Avance Care Wake Forest) reply is an automated response. Need a contact who can resolve our issue. Automated responses and overseas billing support speak volumes about your service and patient care
Your office manager refused to do anything for the billing issue I am facing, and after reviewing the hideous care with her that we received during our visit, where she relayed your equipment was not working, I think even less of your people and facility. To top it off, she provided a number to the main office where it just rings. I should have researched your Better Business Reviews and score before hand. Please provide a contact immediately to resolve our issue.
I went in after being sick for 4 days with a high fever chills and body aches after I had tested negative for Covid already multiple times. I was told on the phone that I would be tested for the flu during my appointment. When I was there the PA told me he wasn’t going to test me for the flu because it would be pointless because he said even if I come back positive for the flu after 48 hours have passed the flu medication wouldn’t work on me which I have never heard of before and have had the flu a lot throughout my life.
