Vey unprofessional company. the units they lease are filled with bed bugs and the complexes are often dirty with trash everywhere.
Worst management group maybe in the entire nation. They allowed me my wife and 1 MONTH OLD to move into an apartment with the following issues. Cockroaches, broken heat not turned on and fixed until well into November, cockroach infestation in the listed washers and driers. Exposed wires and wall sockets that my child can stick his hand in. Any maintenance requests do not get honored. We have put in 15 and none have been answered. As well ad two men died From a shooting at our sister building a month after I moved in. I rented from this company 3 years ago and they are now trying to get money out of me because I didn't given them a 60 day written notice. They sent me notification that the rent would be raised $200 a month and I immediately called to say I will not be renewing, All they said to do was email my property manager my notice which I did. No one gave me a call or even an email regarding this issue and have now sent this to collections and I am finding out about this years later. There are roaches in my apartment, the washing machine and dryer don't work. This company is predatory and horrific, it should be avoided at all costs.
NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD....NO HEAT FOR MONTHS...43 Degrees as I type...Very little communication....When maintenance shows up no masks,gloves or any precautions for tenants...They fix nothing including heat system...It’s like 3 stooges putting on play..NO HEAT FOR MONTHS at **** ***** *******...No response from “management “. If i could give this company zero stars I would. I spent more time trying to manage them (following up on questions, yard care, etc) then they spent managing my rental. We had multiple people we worked with at this company - with all of them we were often called the wrong name, they took forever to reply to emails or didn't call back when requested. Horrible, shady and not trustworthy Absolutely horrible experience. This review is for home contracts, not rental properties. Josh ******* (associate broker)- super smarmy. I wish we'd have looked up his group before we accepted a contract through him. Hopefully this helps someone else. The first day our house was listed FSBO, he calls and says can his buyers come over that night, he wouldn't be there he is sick. Sure fine odd but fine.
