Absolutely horrible experience. This review is for home contracts, not rental properties. Josh ******* (associate broker)- super smarmy. I wish we'd have looked up his group before we accepted a contract through him. Hopefully this helps someone else. The first day our house was listed FSBO, he calls and says can his buyers come over that night, he wouldn't be there he is sick. Sure fine odd but fine. Starting out I had a lot of issues and was going to move asap then Maryann took over and things have been so much better. Shes very in tune to helping her tenants and making sure things are up to par. Because of this we are staying another year
The Denver Realty Group is full of greed and can care less about the Properties they have or the people that rent from them... They have taken over some properties in Denver and Colorado Springs. I would not recommend this Realty Group to anyone. I even have friends that have been in business with this company. Very sad how major corporations are taking away from the little people.
As an owner, I am extremely disappointed in Denver Realty Group. We hired a management company to help us with our rental, but it seems we spend more time managing the management company than we ever did managing our property. We have to send them numerous emails to get a simple answer. They are horrible at distributing our rental payments to us. You call, and they say it is better to email, which they don't respond to. This company Just took over my Apartments in Oklahoma City and they are horrible!. I am a 64 year old disabled woman who has crippling Arthritis and Anxiety Disorder and I'm on section 8 and have Lived on this property for almost 20 years now before they Recently bought it from Desert Crest,another bunch of Losers and wasn't even told they sold it,now they are messing up everything including my Section8 and I'm afraid of what might happen to me next. No stars should be an option. If you are a potential tenant, run. If you are a potential owner looking to hire management, please give your money to a more deserving company. As they’ve told me time and time again they already have too many properties to manage to be efficient and professional.
I've had a lot of property managers and these guys are without a doubt, the WORST company I've ever dealt with. Maintenance issues take forever to address, no one ever calls or emails you back, and there's no way to speak to a real human when you call their main line. Free internet is a part of our utilities bill and it's been out now for over a month. I call every week to see what's up and 90% no one responds. Worst experience I've ever had with a rental company. Please check yelp as those are my accurate responses. When I moved in my hot water heater was broken for a week. A WEEK before it was fixed, the fan in my fridge broke and they was broken for five days before they could "replace" it. All my food spoiled and they passed the blame to everyone!!!!.
