RecommendedPeople with a variety of fitness levels use the Darien gym. Staff does a great job in assisting people relatively new to gyms, and does a great job of keeping the place clean, uncluttered and orderly. It really is the best gym I've ever been a part of, and I'm anxious for the personal trainers to get back on line there as well.

Recommendednice and clean, music's not too loud (I wear headphones and listen quite loud so it would take a lot to drown out my music), friendly atmosphere
