RecommendedThe gym is very clean. The staff is friendly and super helpful, always. It’s never overly crowded. There is a great variety of machines/equipment.
RecommendedI have been training with Karissa for about 4 years. I have followed her from gym to gym. She is the best trainer I have ever had ... and I have had plenty. I normally wouldn’t chose to go to this gym because it’s a bit further than I would like but for the training it is worth it. I cannot recommend her or the gym enough. Everyone is very nice there and you never have to worry about feeling on display. Thank you Karissa for all your amazing hard work. 💙
RecommendedEnjoy my work out trainings with Karissa she is very helpful in showing you the proper ways to use the machines and how to exercise correctly without hurting yourself. I have discontinued my pulmonary rehab and now workout at Avolve (doctor approved of course). Karissa is also working with my wife who needs a hip and bilateral knee replacement she has RA and just getting my wife more mobile has helped her with her pain. Thanks Karissa
RecommendedIt's a nice gym but today it was really cold inside 😭 IDK why they had the air conditioner on all the other gyms be warm and hot but this place was brutally cold so next time can the staff members leave the air conditioner off cause it's very hard to get a good workout in when the gym is freezing.

This is a gym that I would recommend to anyone looking for an unorganized personal trainer. They do not respect trainers trying to get organized and inappropriately flirt with their employees causing them to be uncomfortable. They also do not reply to emails addressing situations such as sexual harassment going on in the workplace. This is somewhere I would recommend for nobody.
