RecommendedI stopped in last night to check out Avolve. I am so happy to have met the owner, Eric who gave me a tour of the gym, explained his vision and shared his timeline to implement new changes. Eric was very kind and sympathetic to the members who were forced to transfer their membership to Avolve from Anytime Fitness. RecommendedAvolve is a first class gym. They have everything here! The remodel is stunning! The trainers and staff could not be better at their jobs!

Very unprofessional. During the covid-19 lockdown I was not able to call the gym to cancel my membership as the gym was closed but then when it opened they charged me for annual maintenance fee which is for the next 1 year and it's different from the monthly fee and then I called them to cancel the membership but they won't refund the annual fee. These guys are dacoits., been charging me for the last 13-14 month inspite of me cancelling it more than a year back . I also have email confirmation from the manger last year it is my badthat I trusted them and never checked my bank account until last month when I found out that these guys never stopped charging me all these 13-14 months. I cancelled my membership so many times from this gym, turns out they have charged me for a whole year after I cancelled it and now they're are refusing to refund my money. This gym is a TOTAL SCAM and definitely avoid it. I cancelled my membership in October 2019 but they said my contract( which doesn't have any signature btw) cannot be cancelled and will end in Jan 2020. YET I have been charged for all the months of 2020! Best believe I am going to be taking legal action.
Very unprofessional first of all the corporate office never answers there phone,I have been a member since 2018 and my contract ended after 1 year when covid hit the gym closed and Avolve continued to charge my credit card for 3 months until I caught it and disputed all charges because there was no one to call and on there Facebook page it stated please support your local business and continue to pay?
