I've been trying to cancel my membership since January and have been given contradictory information multiple times by various front desk staff at Avolve. During a phone call today, Chris, the new manager, said that I must pay for another month before I can terminate. It would have been a simple thing for him to acknowledge the confusion made by staff and terminate my membership immediately. Chris says there is nothing he will do to make this right. Nearly impossible to cancel. Staff will not answer phone, did not document request to cancel nor inform of procedure for someone who moved out of state. Subsequently charged for two months and manager unwilling to refund. Beware.
