I would recommend Avondale Nissan to any Nissan owner, they have always taken great care of my Titan and are very honest. Blair was my service writer on my last visit, and he was very helpful, got my front shocks replaced and the ride quality is fantastic again. Overall great experience.

My wife and I had a very unpleasant experience with Avondale Nissan. Mostly with how they treat their customers and false advertisement. First things first, the manager that goes by the name Jay , was very very rude over the phone when telling my wife that she needed to go back in to the dealership a week after the fact that the contract went through with all the paperwork, so we thought ... what a joke. bought out my car almost 2 months ago, they took my license plate against everything I said. now I have no plate and a warning because the temp expired. can't drive anywhere but they have a plate at the dealership. charyl is a horrible woman, thinks she knows the law and what will happen I can drive and no cop will pull me over lol um news for you my warning that I have no plate is the nicest thing the cop did for us. so she yelled at me and told me no management is there and hung up. 👏👏 guess what Avondale Ni... read more
Always have a great experience!! Julie goes over and above for us and so do the mechanics that have worked on my car. Never had a bad experience and we can only be grateful every time we come that everyone is so nice and helpful.
