After 8 years of service and two babies the office staff turned my wife away because of being 3 minutes late. Apparently with an empty office they couldn’t see her. Maybe because it was lunchtime. Taking time off of work and driving 30 minutes only to be turned away is the reason I write this on behalf of my wife. Take care, you lost a customer today 5/23/24.
