I was a patient for over 15 years until my last annual exam. When my appointment was confirmed they told me to bring all of my questions that my doctor set aside extra time to discuss. My annual exam has a zero co-pay but after discussing my concerns( that I was invited to chat about,) they billed me for an entire office visit without disclosing that I would be billed extra! After 8 years of service and two babies the office staff turned my wife away because of being 3 minutes late. Apparently with an empty office they couldn’t see her. Maybe because it was lunchtime. Taking time off of work and driving 30 minutes only to be turned away is the reason I write this on behalf of my wife. Take care, you lost a customer today 5/23/24.
