They demand $30 just to have FMLA paperwork completed for maternity leave but cannot be bothered to have the patient’s name spelled correctly? What other sloppy mistakes are happening?

Highway robery and they dont care about patients, just move them through like cattle. I have been completely disregarded my entire pregnancy when I said I couldn't eat and was losing weight. my daughter at 42 weeks came out underweight to their surprise. Horrible education regarding surgeries before and after care. I was sent home with minimal instruction and have had to deal with everything alone hoping I am okay. They also contract out STD/FMLA paperwork. This company charged me $90 for 3 pages that they didnt even fi... read more

I switched doctors in June and needed to transfer all my scans from here to the new practice. WISJ did not send all scans and when I asked them for specific scans, they had no idea what these scans even were. If I need treatment and it’s been delayed because of the incompetence of this office, they will be held accountable.

I have been coming to your practice for 16 years. I saw Dr. Foster for the first time today and left in tears. In my entire 42 years, I have never met a healthcare provider who was so dismissive and arrogant. I went for a second opinion and instead left with no answers. I actually left in the middle of the exam as I was so appalled and shocked at her demeanor. I waited three weeks for this appointment and even took time off of work to attend. I will be switching practices. I love the nurses and Dr. Ross as well as your fr... read more

Business response:

Thank you for sharing a review for us, Jacquelyn, and while we would never speak to the specifics of any patient cases in a public forum, we are so sorry that your experience left you feeling this way, and we'd like to know more, privately, so that we can better understand and help, if you are willing to share. That each patient enjoy a compassionate, informative, and comprehensive care experience that makes them feel special and heard is our ultimate goal, and we take feedback suggesting a need for improvement very seriousl... read more

I was informed of a breast cancer diagnosis through an attachment to an email. I never received an apology. Even a letter to the Chief Compliance Officer went ignored. I would NEVER go there again.

Business response:

Thank you for sharing this, Suzanne, and while we would never speak to any specifics of a patient's care in a public setting, we are very sorry if we played any role in making what must be an already extremely difficult situation even more so. Our entire team is dedicated to providing each patient a considerate, compassionate, and comprehensive experience throughout each facet of their care, and to not see this reflected in your note is very concerning. Our office will be in touch privately, but in the meantime, we truly wel... read more

RUN, as fast as you can. This practice is AWFUL. Here is my story. I went in for an annual appointment. I will give credit where credit is due; Dr. Kim was very nice at that appointment. He spent his time with me, he explained everything he was doing step by step, etc. I was impressed. A few months later I found out I was pregnant, and called to make my first appointment this is where the trouble starts. I go in for my first prenatal appointment. They asked if I consented to a drug test, I said sure, but can you confirm th... read more

I have been using this practice for more than 10 years and have always been very happy with them. They are accomodating and understanding and very friendly. They have taken excellent care of me (and my babies) over the years.
