I was panicking because my daughter’s medical supplies did not come in on time, I called the store to see if you carried them. I spoke to Amanda, she was so kind and helpful. She looked up the number and told they did not have any in stock. She looked at local stores and they were also out. I thanked her and continued calling around. I went in with a walker I bought at the Chandler, Arizona, location. I’m on my way to the East coast tomorrow. The gentleman who helped out, gave Stella the walker, the most attentive, comprehensive, detailed, revival EVER! He took hair and G_D knows what other debris off the wheels, cleaning and adjusting as he went along. Stella was lubricated, fine tuned, and impeccably cared for. It was around 3:00 pm. Needed TENS UNIT; Arielle was extremely helpful, professional & knowledgeable in Fielding my questions as well as assisting me in ordering a unit (same brand) you did not have in store. The person in the office was very prompt and gave me some pointers about the product I was supposed to get. She seemed to know that the recommendation for the item might not be the best thing for me! I chose to go with a product she thought would work and the return policy if it didn’t work. She was very knowledgeable and helped me get started with what I needed!
