The person in the office was very prompt and gave me some pointers about the product I was supposed to get. She seemed to know that the recommendation for the item might not be the best thing for me! I chose to go with a product she thought would work and the return policy if it didn’t work. She was very knowledgeable and helped me get started with what I needed!
