In celebration of our 45th anniversary, we returned to bacchus after a couple years absence. What we had was one of the best dining experiences of our lives. We did the 6 course chef’s tasting with wine pairings. Each course was unique yet connected into an awesome culinary experience. The octopus and pork belly salad was indescribably good. My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Bacchus can could not have been more pleased with the service, attention to detail, and the quality of the chef's tasting menu and our sommelier pairings. We even were surprised with a tableside visit from Chef Paul Bartolotta. Lovely food, lovely drink, and wonderful memories.

First - I rated this as a 4 but really I'd give it a 4.5 if I could. My wife and I came here on the evening of 6/21 for the first time. It was quiet and not busy even though it was prime dinner hour. Perhaps that was thanks to the heat and Summerfest. Both of us ordered the 3 tasting menu since it gave us more flexibility in our choices vs the 6-course Chef tasting.
