Overall the food and service were exceptional. We ordered the duck dumplings, filet and the duck main dish. The ambiance was rather subdued but that was to be expected eating at a classy fine dining spot.

This is a lovely restaurant for a special occasion. But the prices are fairly steep. The servers were both attentive and fun!

Bacchus food is delicious and the ambiance is amazing. We were there for a very busy night (party in a separate room) so I think the staff was overwhelmed. We waited 20 meetings for our table (ok). My husband's food was served partially cold, and he was never asked for a drink refill. Our water glassed were never topped off. The service was polite but not on point as would be expected for a top end restaurant. No one asked for our loyalty number at the end. Food was excellent. Service was a little slow due to the Team handling multiple tables. Next time when I make reservations, will request a booth for two versus small table setup.

Excellent service from Amber and Michelle. We had the prix fixe 3-course dinner at Bacchus and it was outstanding from start to finish. The starter salad with 100 Acre Farm greens was so fresh and flavorful. My partner had the beef short ribs and couldn’t stop saying how good they were—and how happy he was to be there. I had the organic chicken, beautifully cooked and served with a little gravy boat on the side—such a nice touch.
