I was involved in a drunk driving accident. This was the first I have hired an attorney. The process took longer than I thought it would (1.5 years). I have since learned, that this is pretty typical and that often it can take longer. I was happy with the settlement. The office staff was always friendly, appointments were timely and organized. I would recommend them. Just got to have patience with the process.

August 2016 i was rear ended while sitting at a stop light. I ended up calling Bachus & Shanker because both myself and two year old daughter were injured and I wanted to be sure that the woman who hit me, her insurance company would pay for my medical. The employees at Bachus and Shanker were all very kind and helpful. They always made me feel like they actually cared about mine and my daughter's recovery.
