Great Lawyers! This group of lawyers are quick, aggressive, and professional. They were with me every step of the way. Smaller law offices made excuses on why they couldn't or wouldn't take my case, but Bachus and Schanker took me on. We won! Stellar Service I was involved in an accident back in August of 2019. It was my first and hopefully last one. I didn't have any severe damage or maimed , However I was whip lashed and dislocated hip and shoulder. I spoke to a friend who referred me to a case manager Crystal Brezezinski. She send a Mr Cruz who told my accident information. They get the job done right. They will let you know what to expect once you hired them. Dealing with an insurance company is nothing but trouble. I had three accidents in four years. Two of them were work related accidents, and last one was a car accident, some careless driver did not stop for the red light, and hit me. Two of them are done, and I only have one more to go. If your reading this, understand all of it! I became the victim of a hit and run at my job. The battles I encountered were with my job, the insurance companies, Workman’s Comp. Even my own personal insurance company. I lost money from work. I almost lost my house. I was expected to pay all of my everyday bills, food, mortgage, support of the family. After I was involved in a car accident in 2017 and was getting no calls back from the at fault persons insurance I contacted Bachus and Shanker. The whole team and the experience working with Bachus and Shanker was pleasant and efficient. They worked with my schedule and even came to my work to take my statement and information. I was kept informed at every step of the process. I hope I never have to use them again but would in a heartbeat if the situation occurred.
