After my wreck, I contacted Bachus and Schanker. My intake call with Keona was an absolute pleasure, surprisingly. You just don’t expect these necessary phone calls to be anything other than just that. Instead, I felt supported, relieved, grateful and also thankful for their patience while on the call as my toddler in the background was very disruptive. The accident I was involved in has kinda rocked my world and my conversations with everyone in this company so far have helped me to not feel as overwhelmed by it.

Adrienne started off our case and was very informative in the start, he made sure we knew what to expect from the company. However, I have to highlight Chases performance and professionalism once he took over our case as our resolution attorney. Chase was always in communication with us and made us feel very comfortable to have our case in the hands of Bachus and Schanker. We were given regular updates and all of our questions were answered. Thank you B&S for your help and transparency through this 2.5 year process.
