We were very disappointed as we had booked a table for a family gathering to have brunch. We booked the table for 11.45 and as we arrived a couple of minutes late we were told that we couldn't have brunch. We left very disappointed, 2 minutes after 11.45am, we would have thought that for a table of 6 that they would have been a little more flexible. Perhaps it should state somewhere that although brunch is served until 12, last orders are 11.45am
Service was extremely poor. Eventually when the meals arrived, two out of four were stone cold and returned. We then had to wait a further 35 mins before the alternative mains we're provided, by then our guests had finished their meal. The Manager did not charge for two of the four mains ordered.
