I have eaten at Badger & Co many times and the quality of food and service has always been second to none. My slight frustration on this visit that, despite booking a table in November for a visit in March, and specifically asking for a table in the lounge dining room, that on arrival I was told all of those tables were booked. We made a booking for dinner at 9pm and the kitchen closed at 8.50pm. Not condusive to eating… 😂 Friendly service though.

Food and service was great. Sadly choice of food was poor as their fryer had broken.

Service was slightly slow but all staff were lovely and very polite. Food was delicious. Calamari starter was slightly tough but burgers and mussels were delicious and presentation was beautiful.

Lovely ambience, large leather seats and sofas, friendly staff and just a great place to go on Saturday night in Edinburgh. We were there for a long overdue catch-up over drinks and food; the music level was perfect for this. Now we have found this wee gem, we will be back.

Good food however not a huge amount of option particularly for allergies. Reasonably priced wine and nice venue.

Sunday roast ok. Beer on the chewy side to be honest. Gravy very thin. Not a biggest portion we have seen. Good selection of beers. Very nice location and interior. Definitely a good few things to improve but will give a go for something else from menu.
