Negative stars...second time we've used this company and both times have been terrible. Took two days to even post the bond, drove over an hour to the office for an 8 o'clock appointment to check in. We waited for over an hour and called several times to see what was going on because we didn't have much time to keep waiting. The people on the phone were nice, but useless as all they could do was send an email to the person who's supposed to be at the office.
